What this site is

This site describes the services we offer to businesses. Nothing on it is a guarantee of specific results for your business. Every business is different; we'll tell you honestly what we think ours can do for yours.

Calls to our number

Our phone line may be answered by an automated receptionist and calls may be recorded and transcribed. Calling is free apart from whatever your phone plan charges.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may send you text messages such as appointment reminders, missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. The full program details live at pinkmango.ai/sms-terms.

Our text program is intended for people 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Our work together

Services we provide to clients are covered by a separate written agreement. If anything on this site and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Content and trademarks

The words, images, and design on this site belong to Pink Mango. Please don't reuse them without asking first.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Pink Mango is registered.

Changes
